Best Western Plus Crossroads Inn & Suites

This has got to be the cleanest hotel room we have ever gone to. The cleanliness beat the pants off The Hotel Dupont in Wilmington Delaware. The staff was all very friendly. The room was a comfortable size. The bed was medium firmness, and pillows were actually supportive! Most hotel pillows are flat and sad like a tortilla, but these actually had support. The gentleman making the breakfast was very friendly to everyone and much more attentive than at other hotels. The night concierge was also very nice and helpful. My only critique is that the eggs tasted not as good as expected, and the pool sides where the water level ends could use a really quick scrub.

This hotel has very comfortable beds, the room was cleaned and the service down below was very good. It is located near many restaurants and that is very convenient

Spacious room, very clean. The breakfast was not great. There was confusion about checkout time…a sticker on the door said 11 am but the info booklet in the room said 12 noon in two different places. Had to confirm with front desk who said it’s 11

Thoroughly have enjoyed our stay at the Best Western. This place is night and day from the one we have at home. Clean, renovated and cozy. We would definitely stay here again given the opportunity. Thank you!

Rooms have been renovated, everything looks good. Bed was comfortable. Very well located, easy to get to. Several eating places and convenience stores close by (Walmart, IHOP, Starbucks, and gas stations).

Our recent last minute travels to Virginia came at one of the busiest seasons of the year! We have stayed in your hotel numerous times and we have not been disappointed. The hotel is maintained clean, the rooms were immaculate, and your staff extremely accommodating. I would liked to make a special mention of one staff member, Craig, employed in the food court. You have a customer service jewel in your midst! He went out of his way to make us feel welcomed and the food was well prepared and displayed in a clean, orderly fashion. The dining room was maintained clean and inviting. He was attentive and cordial. Thank you Craig for making our stay even more enjoyable during this hectic Christmas season!!

I started at a terrible hotel in Louisa, Virginia. I switched to this Best Western hotel. The hotel was immaculate and the rooms were very clean. The staff at the front desk were wonderful! Tony Williams at the front desk was extremely helpful and friendly. He directed me to a fabulous restaurant in the vicinity of the hotel that I ate at 2 nights in a row. I was there on business and this hotel made my whole stay so easy and pleasant. I give it 5 stars for everything including the staff at the front desk and the manager. They were all wonderful! Great Stay!!!

Superb hotel, the best value I've gotten from a chain in a long time. This hotel treats itself like a 4 or 5 star, with premium brands for breakfast and spacious , clean and well designed rooms. Staff super professional, grounds very clean. I strongly recommend this excellent hotel, which ranks with a really good Hilton or Marriott.
